Initial meeting Analysis of your situation • We offer the choice of a secure online video call, face to face meeting or a phone call with one of our experienced Protection Advisers. • We’ll explain our professional service including a summary of our charges. • We are legally required to undertake an Information Check and will need some key information about your business. We will also may need to see personal identity documents for each of the main Directors. • You may be required to sign Information Agreements to allow us to access details of any current policies you and your business may have. • Your Adviser will go through a Fact Find with you and ask you a series of questions to help determine which type of protection solutions may be suitable for your business. • We’ll ask about the structure of your business, any shareholder agreements, the latest company accounts*, existing protection policies and the current state of health of key employees. • We may also discuss the potential use of Trusts to ascertain if they are suitable for your needs. • By better understanding your business goals, we’ll be able to understand your protection needs for you and your business. 1 2
