In this case the Underwriter may contact individuals concerned directly to arrange. • There is a cooling off period between 14 to 30 days for all policies if clients change their mind. • Our client portal provides a secure messaging service, so you can quickly get in touch with us. • You can also access to any of your business protection documents online through your business document vault. • Your portal will allow you to view your overall protection information so you can get up to date versions of your policies. 5 6 Ongoing support • As time passes, your business requirements naturally change, so it’s important to review your planning regularly to make sure it’s on track. • We may from time to time contact you to review your plans to ensure their continued suitability or recommend new plans or adjustments to ensure your business have the correct cover in place. 7 *This may include getting permission to speak to your Accountant to obtain / ratify any key financial information about your business
