Implementation of recommendation Client Portal • We’ll provide you with a Suitability report which summarises our advice*. • After any fine tuning and your confirmation to proceed, we’ll deal with all aspects of the application process and will arrange for any provider enquiries to be dealt with. • The Underwriter may ask for access to your GP records or require you to have a medical examination. In this case the Underwriter may contact you directly to arrange. • There is a cooling off period between 14 to 30 days for all policies if clients change their mind. • Your client portal account provides you with a secure messaging service, so you can quickly get in touch with us. • You can also access all of your protection documents online through your document vault. • Your portal will allow you to view your overall protection information so you can get up to date versions of your policies. 5 6
