Initial meeting Analysis of your situation • We offer you the choice of a secure online video call, face to face meeting or a phone call with one of our experienced and friendly Mortgage Advisers. • We will explain our working relationship including a summary of our services and costs. • We are legally required to undertake a personal information check and ask you to bring along a number of personal identity documents. • Once the formalities are complete our Adviser will go through a ‘Fact Find’ with you to help you work out which type of mortgage(s) you might need. • We ask you a series of questions about your earnings, your current outgoings, how much you want to borrow, how long you want it for and what monthly payments you can afford. 1 2
