239 High security panic and emergency hardware The 700 series heavy duty high security system combines the requirements of safety and security with the functions of a panic and emergency exit device. Developed to meet the demands required against a physical attack without compromising safety, this range benefits from heavy duty materials, robust design and excellent production specification. As well as complying with EN 1125 or EN 179 where relevant the 700 series has been successfully tested, as part of a doorset, to the demanding rigors of LPS 1175 levels 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 (intruder resistance test). This is in addition to complying with Sold Secure Silver Standard. Both performance assessments demonstrate the range’s suitability for projects where security is a key consideration. The units are surface mounted and proven to withstand severe manual attack with both hand tools and powered drills. With panic push bars and emergency handle release, this range has options for inward opening doors as well as outward opening final exit doors thus offering solutions for all possible applications.
