The service operates 365 days a year and is particularly useful for the following resident groups: • older people • those with learning difficulties • people with physical or mental health challenges • individuals fleeing domestic violence • temporary accommodation, such as for the homeless or asylum seekers Residents are provided with devices which they engage with on a daily basis to pick up news and information or they are called by a member of Alertacall’s highly trained team.
