One or more times each day, residents press the OKEachDay button on the device provided to them to confirm everything is ok at their property and to pick up news and information. If they do not engage digitally, they are called by a friendly and knowledgeable advisor. The system confirms health and safety, improves repairs reporting and also means residents always have someone to speak to - which helps to reduce loneliness for residents at risk of social isolation.
