RBLI’s LifeWorks-Families is an employment-support programme designed specifically for the military community and is completely free to the participant; this includes the families of veterans as well as those currently serving in the Armed Forces (regular and reserve). It aims to help with all aspects of an individual’s search and move into meaningful work. It is also a vehicle for information, advice and guidance on how to achieve career goals, work on career direction, build confidence and improve self- efficacy. The programme is bespoke, extremely flexible and can adapt to the needs of any particular cohort. Childcare commitments, for example, are not an obstacle: we can work around participant availability. The programme can be delivered face-to-face (although this is currently paused due to the COVID- 19 pandemic), and all current support is offered online via our learning management system (LMS) as well as virtual and remote coaching.
