We do this through our Career Academy CiC. Our Career Academy’s sole purpose is to provide you with the tools to develop, grow and gain confidence to return to or join the workplace. We work in collaboration with progressive, supportive businesses to develop and provide tailored coaching, mentoring, training and job preparation, offering support to help you back into fulfilling employment. The Academy is free to use and bespoke to you. Our Career Academy understands this and works to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can regain your loss of self and find your sense of purpose. How we can support you 1 . Training Courses We can provide you with access to free training courses including digital workshops with our partner Mike-Alpha and insight days with top global employers. These days provide a series of practical workshops including CV building, interview role play and the importance of personal values. They are all designed to build confidence, provide advice and help with direction. Mentoring The Career Academy has teamed up with a top global employer to create the first military spouse focused mentoring programme. The bespoke mentoring programme offers one-to-one support and guidance on a long-term, objective-driven basis. In many instances, the route back to the workplace begins with you needing clarity on where to go next with your career.
