That’s why I am so passionate about getting our clients to where they want to be.” RFEA - THE FORCES EMPLOYMENT CHARITY Frequent moves, isolated locations, lack of childcare support and employer reluctance are just some of the unique challenges many military spouses and partners can face when seeking work. The emphasis of RFEA’s Families Programme is on reaching partners and spouses, and providing them with the support they need to help them into employment including how to understand where their skills fit with potential jobs and how to demonstrate their strengths to employers. The programme can provide support with anything from careers advice to career diagnostics, helping partners and spouses with how to obtain a job by helping them to know where to look, as well as CV reviews and interview techniques.
