In addition to having a Form Tutor, each individual student is supported by a Head of Year and a non-teaching Pastoral Support Assistant. With rare exceptions, Form Tutors and Year Heads move through the College with their cohort of students, enabling our students to receive continuity of care and for strong relationships to be built. The Form Tutor is usually the first point of contact for parents and carers. . . . Promoting respect for self and others, an awareness of moral values and preparation for life in our society. Our Behaviour for Learning Policy establishes the clear and high standards and expectations for all. In particular, the College offers an experience of Christian community living, promoting respect for self and others, an awareness of moral values and preparation for life in our society. In those exceptional circumstances where students fail to maintain the standards of behaviour expected, the Behaviour for Learning Policy is implemented. This is a staged system designed to support students pastorally as individuals, help to modify any inappropriate behaviour and encourage everyone to make the right choices in their journey through Christ the King College. 17
