The College offers all students the opportunity to succeed at the highest standards whilst also recognising that each student is an individual. The College E x p e c t a t i o n s Levels of care and support are exceptional. As a Christian College, our ethos is firmly rooted in our Christian faith and the structures and organisation of the College reflect the core principle of care and support. The College operates a structure of Form Tutors, Pastoral Support Assistants and Learning Support Team, that enable pastoral or academic concerns to be identified at an early stage for intervention and support. Standards are expected to be high in all aspects of College life. Success is not evaluated on examination success alone but, where relevant, examination success will fulfil expectations and frequently exceed them. The learning environment is calm and well managed, with good behaviour and discipline, enabling all students to engage in their learning without disruption. Uniform is expected to be worn with pride, reflecting the high standards and expectations of the College but appropriate to the age, maturity and gender of our students. The extensive range of extra-curricular provision provides enhancement, enrichment and extension of the learning in College.
