Welcome The COBS Behaviour Support Team is the traded arm of the City of Birmingham School, Birmingham’s Pupil Referral Unit for excluded and at risk learners. We are a team of highly experienced teachers with a track record of success supporting and re-engaging some of the city’s most challenging and disaffected youngsters.
