Our project monitoring included close inspection of expenditure against the agreed budget to ensure our client ’ s interests were protected whilst the developer ’ s aspirations for a high quality finish were achieved. DCP was able to respond quickly and flexibly to requests from the developer for drawdown inspections to facilitate the smooth running and completion of the project.
