An agreement had been made to purchase the property, which was in the process of being re - developed to form a new retail unit with 8 self contained flats to the upper parts, from another developer. We undertook regular inspections of the property during the construction, reviewed all design and technical information supplied by the vendor ’ s design team and carried out an assessment of the statutory consents for the project to confirm all conditions had been discharged.
