Company Profile Samsara Associates is a management consultancy focused on business change, programme and project management. Originally focused on the healthcare sector, in 2017 Samsara diversified into the environmental sector and partnered with Small World Consulting in bridging the gap for SMEs in strategically planning for carbon reductions and removals towards net zero. Samsara Associates enables the journey from strategy into operational delivery using unique interdisciplinary skill sets. The Project Current climate-related company assessments have become too dependant on the only hard data that can measure a company's response to the climate crisis - direct emissions. Although important, emissions data tells us very little about the ability of a company to mitigate or adapt to climate risks. Vitally, is also obscures the opportunity to develp and scale low carbon solutions. This project aims to provide a more holistic framework for assessing the climate impact and response of listed equity companies. This research takes the view that the climate emergency is inescapabilty a mulit- dimensional challenge that has implications for every aspect of an organisation's life. Outputs from this project aim to meet specific demand from current clients, focusing on the asset management industry. Matt Jones Matt started his MSc-R after completing his Geography degree at the University of Oxford, focusing on conservation research. After leading an expedition to the centre of Borneo, Matt has hung up his fieldwork boots to explore how investors can push for the low carbon transition we need to achieve net zero.
