EVENT PREPARATION CHECKED IN All products are checked and tested when they arrive at our warehouse to ensure they are stored in good working condition PRE-DISPATCH TESTING All products are checked again prior to dispatch to ensure they are in full working order SHIPMENT Where possible we will add in additional days to the hire at no extra charge to cover any potential delivery delays by our couriers ORDER RECEIPT Check for any damages and report them immediately. Please take pictures and send them to us promptly ORDER RETURN Please empty all the consumables prior to return, they should be returned in the same condition you received them.
