A team of dedicated and caring professionals As early years providers, we understand that you want to leave your children with people who genuinely care about them and who will work to provide the best opportunities for their development. Our team work to ensure that every child feels welcomed, valued and celebrated. Our keyworker system pairs children with their own key worker to track their development and create opportunities for the child to develop their skills and understanding according to their own personal targets. All of our staff are trained in early years childcare with certificates in Paediatric First Aid Training; Prevent Duties and Safeguarding. Fun Outside Outside play is instrumental to children’s development so we try to take every opportunity to use our large garden that the weather allows. Our garden features a large sandpit, a mud kitchen and a large climbing frame. We aim to provide a variety of experiences to encourage exploration, imaginative play and physical development. A growing corner is also featured in our garden where children take part in growing their own plants including strawberries, potatoes, sunflowers and herbs. The children love to observe how the plants grow and change, and of course they love harvesting time when they can taste the fruits of their labours!
