It’s time to prepare to Spring into action! Firstly, congratulations for those who won free cases and casks on the Wildcraft and Harvey’s deal. It has been for many an eye opening offer proving that sometimes changing from a perceived unchangeable product on the bar to something else can work. Following on in the footsteps of Timothy Taylor that cheaper or “the one that’s always been on” isn’t always best. We’ve seen it time and time again, and in almost all circumstances, people are coming to your venue, and how you perform with service, not because you have a certain product. We have expanded our sales team, from what started with one Sales Account Manager in 2008, to now 6 Sales Account Managers and a Head of Sales. It is testament to the hard work of the team as a whole, and to the loyalty and communication of our clients for us to deliver what the industry needs. So you may be introduced to a new friendly face, and with smaller areas to cover, even more service and communication. And with the resources our sales team have to hand, in an unprecedented year of investment, you are going to want to have these communications! We would also like to thank you. Times for most are becoming very difficult, even for breweries that are closing at an alarming rate. We’ve seen some amazing brewers either suffer unsustainable costs, or just walk away for the pressures of recent times. We are grateful to you, for your communication whenever there may be a query, and for your faith in us knowing we will always do what’s right or respond to your needs. This has been a core factor for us to develop and increase our resources to support you. In the mean time, we continue to develop and monitor what happens around us. Irrespective we continue to grow, and make sure we stick to what we do best and maintain that we never forget our core principles. The better the outlet, the better the community. This year, we want to make it a good one for everyone.

The other side, is that some ales may be a little bit niche or they may be for a specific event. Typically we will receive our casks early on in the week, as they will come directly from the brewers.
