Once your friend has stayed with us for the first time (and hopefully not the last!), a £20 voucher* will be issued to both of you within one month. *Vouchers will not be issued in instances whereby it is found that the person receiving the recommendation has already stayed at the hotel before. This does not apply to group reservations; bookings must be made under the name and address of the guest receiving the recommendation as a single reservation.
