KENDAL VISION - INSPIRATION FOR CHANGE IN KENDAL

All those who participated in the development of the Vision have set a clear aspiration for large scale change in the town. Everyone recognised that change is presently too little and too slow and that greater momentum is needed to deliver the aspirations for a sustainable and economically secure future town.
