Although not publicly accessible, the playing fields of Stramongate School contribute some visual relief and greenery within the wider setting. Given the predominance of hard surfaces and the influence of heavily trafficked roads, landscape and public realm improvements should be a key priority for this area. Enhancements could create a more welcoming gateway, improve legibility, and strengthen connections to the High Street.
