You can then set up alerts for any door to show when re-inspection is due and quickly access reports to show where doors scheduled for inspection are located with a complete audit trail for every single door. • The outcomes of the surveys are categorised, highlighting compliance, non-compliance, or areas that need further investigation. Reports are generated automatically, flagging urgent and intermediate problems, or a clean bill of health for each asset. Urgent issues that require immediate action to ensure ongoing compliance are flagged red; less urgent matters that still require action, such as signage, will be marked amber. Only fully compliant doors and seals receive a green marker after a complete inspection.
