20 Niki Panteli is Professor of Digital Business in the Department of Management Science at Lancaster University Management School. She is the President of the UK Academy of Information Systems (UKAIS) and the recipient of the 2022 Mentor Award from the international Association of Information Systems (AIS) Women’s Network. Ling Xiao is a Senior Lecturer from Royal Holloway, University of London. The overarching theme of Ling’s research is empirical finance: time-series modelling of higher moments in financial markets. Ling also has specific interests in pedagogic research into inclusive education and education for sustainability development. Lucy Gill-Simmen is Vice Dean of Education and Student Experience and a Senior Lecturer in Marketing in the School of Business and Management at Royal Holloway, University of London. She is the Chair for the Academy of Marketing, Marketing Education SIG.
