He is interested in macroeconomics and passionate about helping students make the connection between what we learn in the classroom and what we see in the world around us. Sofia Izquierdo Sanchez is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of Manchester. She is interested in applied microeconomics and social and cultural economics.
