6 Christine Eastman is Senior Lecturer in the Business School at Middlesex University and Teaching Fellow in Lancaster University Management School. In her role as Teaching Fellow, she drives the writing and publication agenda for students and alumni. Her previous roles include Director of Applied Professional Practice at the University of Kent. Kath Houston is a career coach, Teaching Fellow and researcher. Within her academic role, she has investigated career decision-making tipping points and how to prompt a career epiphany.
