While it’s been great to work with you, my fondest memories are the challenges we took on. From the National 3 Peaks where we managed to add an additional mountain (now known as the 4 Peaks to walkers looking for an additional challenge), to the Samworth Brothers Challenge where the night before we were concerned by the ruggedness of the competitors and the inexperience of ourselves (we came second though, although still think we were first). The trip I still talk about though was when we first attempted Sharp Edge on Blencathra and in the wind and snow got the wrong range. I still remember that day well. Why we continued in those conditions and how you got me back off that ledge I will never know! As an outdoors person I’m sure you’ll make the most of your new amazing surroundings, Strava will continue to tell the story.
