It feels as though there will be increasing convergence between the employer brand and consumer reputation. And the implications of this will vary from organisation to organisation. For some, there may be concerns about TA and recruitment losing ownership of and influence over employer branding messages. For others, this may mean greater investment, greater metrics and greater rigour applied to the employer brand construct. Emerging with an enhanced employer brand from the pandemic, however, will take significant amounts of sensitivity, knowledge and insight of the talent landscape.
