North Western Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority 24 Governance Risk Register An organisational risk register will be drafted and submitted to members for approval. This will act as a means by which the Authority’s CEO, its senior management team and members can be held accountable to the overall running of NWIFCA. The risk register will highlight key organisational risks, as well as opportunities, and set out a clear action plan for how such risks will be mitigated or opportunities leveraged.
