RELX now has over 100 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), focused on a range of priorities, including gender, race and ethnicity, age, LGBTQ+ and disability. ERGs allow colleagues to collaborate, advocate and engage communities, furthering the RELX Inclusion and Diversity Policy.
