Although this is not something that we encourage and in most instances we can source a client’s item of choice with better quality and greater value, we respect that ultimately it can be a personal choice. It must be remembered however that we do not take responsibility for any items ordered from a third party. If we feel that the items supplied are of a quality that may affect the safety of our colleagues or the stringent regulations laid down by cremation and burial authorities we will ask for the item to be returned at the client’s expense and a replacement supplied. Please understand that we have carefully built our reputation for quality and service over a number of generations and this can so easily be damaged by the perception of those attending a service where all is not correct.
