It is designed to provide a professional practice, inspire individual work and make unique connections to your subject matter. The Artist Development Programme (ADP) is a proven structure within which to work, and encourages a routine within which to develop your ideas. You will be able to set out clear aims over the year and have a regular discipline with other painters. The ADP is a focus and a freedom within which to work and study. The ADP monthly sessions take place in three studios across Sussex and Hampshire, you will be asked to choose one location that will suit you (See page 4). 3
