The graph shows that institutions continue to have a high degree of confidence in managing and mitigating risks around legal and regulatory compliance, student mental health and wellbeing, and cybersecurity. As we have noted in the past, given number of cyberattacks causing disruption, institutions may wish to reflect on the confidence they are placing on cyber controls. There is, as might be expected, less confidence in mitigating externally driven risks such as the UK policy environment, environmental sustainability, and geopolitics.
