Research We undertook several focus groups and in-depth telephone interviews across all the Whitbread brands, which amongst other things was used to help support their Table Table corporate launch. Following some of the country’s worstever flooding, we were commissioned by the Environment Agency to undertake an extensive national research programme across eight regions to find the next generation of Flood-Risk Engineers.
