FAILURE TO TAKE OUT ADEQUATE COVER COULD RESULT IN LOSING A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONIES PAID. Subject to you informing us no later than 24 hours before your departure date, and in due course forwarding a confirmation from your doctor that you are unfit to travel due to illness, we will refund the cost of your holiday, less your deposit, non-refundable train cost (if rail travel booked) and insurance premium. If you prefer, we can arrange an alternative holiday at a later date, (not including train tickets) with any additional cost being paid by you; if the cost of your replacement holiday is less no refund would be provided. Deposits vary depending on the holiday you book. The scale to the right complies with that recommended by ABTA. If you require a more comprehensive insurance policy, you should take this out privately. If you have a private insurance policy (e.g. Annual Holiday Insurance with your bank), you will be required to claim any losses incurred by cancellation from your insurance provider. Our in-house Cancellation Insurance protects your holiday payment in the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel your holiday due to illness.
