It is approximately a 5 minute walk to the beautiful town of Harrogate. All rooms are well appointed. Our great break goes like this: Day 1 - We take you to Harrogate and check into the hotel. Tonight you can enjoy a 3-course dinner. Day 2 - After a hearty English breakfast we take you to the ancient walled city of York. Here you can visit many of the attractions such as the Gothic cathedral, York minster, the Jorvik Viking Museum, Bettys Tea Room etc. Tonight we have a delicious 3-course dinner. Day 3 - After breakfast – you could take a walk round Harrogate. We return home later on. Enjoy a break at the glorious resort of Weymouth - set on a breathtaking Georgian Bay surrounded by rolling hills. There are soft sandy beaches, a characterful 17th century harbour and excellent shops and restaurants. We start with a local departure for our journey south by coach. Accommodation has been reserved for 2 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis at the popular 3* Royal Hotel which is beautifully situated on the Esplanade with wide uninterrupted views of Weymouth Bay and the Dorset coastline. All rooms have private facilities, TV and tea / coffee making facilities. There is a bar, dining room and shared lounge. Also during your stay a free drink is included each evening – glass of wine, beer or soft drink (house wine/draught beer/soft drink – bottled drinks not included) There is also entertainment each evening. On day 3 there will be time to catch a breath of sea air before we commence our return journey home. En route we will call in at the historic town of Salisbury with its magnificent cathedral.
