They can be reserved for £10 per person, (up to 6 days duration), or £15 per person, (7 days or above duration), on all British and European tours. In addition to this, seats on the second row can be reserved for £6 per person, (up to 6 days duration), £10 per person, (7 days or above duration). This offer is only available for bookings of 2 or 4 persons and is subject to availability. Guaranteed seats cannot be reserved on feeder services to/from UK ports or from pick-up points to departure point of main tour coach. Please Note: On some coaches the leg room on the front seats may be less than available on other seats due to the presence of a modesty board in front. If your tour is cancelled for any reason whatsoever and front seats are not available on your new tour you will be refunded the supplement. Likewise if it is necessary for us to cancel multi coach departures and only operate one coach, front or second row seats cannot be guaranteed. In the event of insufficient numbers you will be asked to make your own way to the nearest pick up point which is operating. This will be communicated to you with your joining instructions approximately 5-7 days prior to departure. Feeder services are a separate service offered and do not form part of the holiday price. It will not always be possible to guarantee availability from a specific joining point nor can the service be made available to clients who have not made a reservation at the time of booking. You must be at your departure point 10 minutes before the time stated on your travel documents as the vehicle cannot wait for latecomers. However, very occasionally circumstances arise, e.g. last minute substitution of a coach of different seating configuration, where you may be required to move to a different seat. We therefore reserve the right to amend your seat numbers at any time. Room Allocation Every effort will be made to provide precisely the kind of room you have booked, and we will endeavour to convey special requests to Hoteliers. However, we accept no liability for any failure to provide a special request which is not specified in the brochure and for which no supplement payment is made. Our liability for the provision of additional facilities for which a supplement is paid shall be limited to the brochure price of that supplement. Booking for rooms with private facilities will be deemed to be effected by the provision of either bath and w.c. or shower and w.c. Requests for one or the other will be treated as requests only. When booking a double room requests for a twin or double bed should be made clearly, otherwise it will be assumed that either type is acceptable. On continental holidays three bedded rooms are normally twin rooms plus an extra bed which may or may not be suitable for an adult and space will inevitably be restricted. The reference to “Hotel” in brochures covers all accommodation and does not necessarily distinguish between local classifications such as “Apartotel”, “Hostal”, “Pension”, “Taverna”, Residencia”, “Gasthof”, “Garni”, “Motel”, etc. Some of the hotels etc. we use have annexes which are nearby for sleeping, with main meals being taken in the main hotel. It is possible that you will be sharing your hotel with a group from another country and consequently facilities can vary according to mix and age of various nationalities. Single rooms are always scarce in hotels so book early. You may find these rooms are not quite as good as twin or double rooms in terms of size, location and general standard. You pay a supplement for privacy rather than for the facilities. Three or four bedded rooms usually mean a twin bedded room with extra folding beds so you need to be prepared for having less space. Vegetarianism is not as popular on the continent as in the UK and meals provided may not be of the same standard as non vegetarian dishes with more limited variety and choice. The accommodation provided is only for the use of passengers shown on the holiday invoice as confirmed by us: subletting, sharing or assignment is prohibited. Passports and Visas For holidays abroad you will require a full 10 year British passport issued in the UK. If you have any doubts about your status as a British subject or you do not hold a full British passport you must check with the Embassies or Consulate of the countries to be visited or travelled through to confirm the passport / visa requirements needed in your particular circumstances. We cannot accept responsibility if passengers are not in possession of the correct travel documents. Check Your Passport’s Validity As the UK is no longer part of the European Union, most EU countries now require UK passports to be less than ten years old and still to be valid for six months at the time you are due to leave their country. Just so you know if you renewed your passport before the previous one expired ,any extra months which may have been added to your new passport expiry date making it valid for more than ten years might not count. For example a passport with an issue date of 1 January 2012 and an expiry date of 31 October 2022 is not valid beyond 01 January 2022, ten years after its original issue date.
