We will drop you off at a central point. There will be time for shopping or sightseeing. You may wish to visit one of London’s great museums or ‘shop until you drop’ or book one of the London attractions below. It may be a good idea to catch a bite to eat later on (not included). Our coach will pick you up at around 18.30 hours and transfer you to our hotel. The evening is at your leisure. (Please Note: Evening transfers are NOT included). On day 2, after breakfast, we take you to historic Windsor, with great shopping, a superb choice of places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. We start with a local departure and make our way north to the Meadowhall Shopping Centre. Here you can discover a great range of shops catering for all tastes and budgets. Afterwards we continue to the city of Sheffield known for its industrial heritage, green spaces and cultural richness. You will find a great choice of bars, restaurants and cafes and is a hub for the arts, music and sports. Afterwards we check in to our hotel – the 4* Mercure Sheffield Parkway Hotel just 4 miles from the city centre for the night on a bed & breakfast basis. All comfortable rooms have private bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. Features include the Foundry Restaurant and lounge/bar, wi-fi and fitness centre. (Some facilities may be extra) On day 2, after a leisurely breakfast, we take you to the nearby Peak District and the famous town of Bakewell, on the river Wye. Some free time here before we continue to the historic spa town of Matlock for the afternoon, before returning home, arriving back later on.
