We’ve celebrated somany achievements – and worked through the challenges together with respect and fairness. Spending a week at the IC in Chicago with you and the teamwas a privilege. I will never forget the look of excitement on your face when we rolled up to the Drive Thru lane to be greeted by automated voice ordering – you’re an Ops man through and through!
