It was formally registered in 1994 as a non-profit organization working at the local, national and international level. Its work is aimed at global education (first of all peace and environmental education, development and human rights education), international development cooperation, rights of future generations and conscientious objectors, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and freedom of religions. The goal of BOCS Foundation is to assist the development of civil society and global education in Hungary and abroad. The organisation promotes awareness and action at all levels on the interdisciplinary issues of environment, climate, peace, security, human rights and sustainable development. International Centre for Enterprise and Sustainable Development www.icedghana.com • info@icedghana.com The International Centre for Enterprise and Sustainable Development (ICED) is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) established in 1993 for the purpose of facilitating the development and promotion of small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs), sustainable trade, gender empowerment, environmental management, capacity building and sustainable development in Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). ICED’s activities on promoting sustainable development revolve round three main areas: research, capacity building and provision of extension and advisory services.
