We start with a local departure for our journey south. We have 3 nights dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation at the Durley Dean Hotel, a Victorian townhouse just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to the bars and shops of the town centre. All bedrooms are en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities. Features include a bar, restaurant and leisure complex with swimming pool, gym & sauna (some facilities may be an extra charge) During your stay we have included this great excursion: • We take you to the cathedral city of Salisbury for shopping and sightseeing with a brief visit to Poole Harbour to marvel at the many boats in this millionaires’ resort. Salisbury Cathedral Escape to the English Riviera and the popular resort of Torquay. Discover the excellent beaches and parks with a bustling harbour packed with yachts of all shapes and sizes. As well there are a great range of shops and a unique holiday atmosphere. We start with a local departure by coach for our journey south to Torquay. At Torquay we have 3 nights half board accommodation reserved at the TLH Derwent Hotel or the Riviera Hotel. TLH Derwent Hotel - Situated less than a 5-minute walk to the seafront and all rooms have private facilities with tea/coffee making facilities. During your stay there is a full entertainment programme including daytime activities. Features include a leisure complex with gym, bars and restaurant, games area etc. (Please note some facilities may be chargeable and subject to change). Riviera Hotel - this is set approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Features include an indoor swimming pool (subject to availability) All rooms are well appointed, and features include a restaurant and bar. During your stay we have included this great excursion: • Today we enjoy a trip to Georgian Teignmouth, a traditional seaside resort with a classic Victorian pier, before visiting Dawlish with its golden sand beach. There will also be a day at leisure for you to explore Torquay. On day 4 we bid Torquay a fond farewell and travel to Bath. There will be time for a brief look around before we recommence our journey home, arriving back later on.
